I believe it does, though. If for example, a majority of us believes (or... pretends to, lol) that 1+1=3, then for the purposes of the game, it is so. We've had wrong beliefs be gamestate before, eg. all of our miscalculations over the years. Of course, if given the evidence, you still believed so, you'd likely call them to be deluded,
but we have held these 'deluded' beliefs to be actual truth. It was magically true.
