Note that the way this would work is that you've (1) cast a conditional ballot ["endorse Absurdor"], then (2) conditionally, immediately withdrawn that ballot and cast a FOR ballot. *Changing* your vote is evaluated immediately; if you want a conditional to be evaluated at the end of the voting period, it needs to be a conditional ballot (e.g. "On this decision, I cast a conditional ballot: if the Absurdor has voted, endorse em; otherwise, FOR"). -- Janet Cobb Assessor, Rulekeepor
