2. Tiger was awarded MwoP on 22-Jun; root ceased to hold MwoP (not a player),
Speaker did not change.
3. Murphy was awarded MwoP on 22-Jun; OscarMeyr ceased to hold MwoP (inactive
or eldest title) and ceased to be speaker at this time. ais523 became
Speaker.
Therefore the current state of the Ministry is as follows:
