Proto regulation: amend EA1 section III by appending at the end of the first
paragraph: "Any winning bids with a zero amount owed then immediately become
paid."
It's less of an issue if I'm the one who owes zero, but if it's another
player it creates a delay in transferring the assets to them; if they fail
to destroy zero assets they could even miss out on their winnings entirely.
I intend, with 1.5 Agoran consent, to amend EA1 section III by appending at
the end of the first paragraph: "Any winning bids with a zero amount owed
then immediately become paid."
