We discussed this a little bit last night, and I think the people present
generally agreed with that argument: the clause requires the registrar to
attempt to send it to every public fora, not to succeed. That would make sense
for this exact situation. However, the rwo might be the better bet just for
certainty.
I intend to ratify without objection the following document: {The publicity of
[email protected] is set to public.} I believe this will already be true
when I resolve this (I will only resolve it after Falsifian resolves the
Registrar intent) but if it isn't, it's only not because a bug and therefore
should be.
