I have fixed: * Explaining what the CVS commands do. * Replacing the identical lines by ones that actually do different things :-). * Ensuring people know they must install Subversion. * Giving the correct (AudioQuake-only) path to check out for Subversion. * Explained how to get 'round nasty web proxies for svn checkout.
