Yes, they are ment to be able to show you what a sound is. But they do not
work for me either.

Hi,

When I was reading the manual for audio quake today, I saw that some words
had links coinsided with them (for example, door) when in navigation etc
etc. When I pressed enter on the link, I got: cannot find server. Was
this/is this some sort of sound test where one can listen to the   various
things (doors, walls, droppoffs, etc etc)? If not, what is it and why is it
there? I began fooling around with the game  today and got confused real
quickly. Its probably just my stupidity, since I've never played a FPS
before.
