The timing of this incident is particularly unfortunate, for both of us; I heard of this accident two days after I was first contacted about it due to problems with ongoing repairs and movement at home. Until life settles down a bit for me, things are still going to be a bit slow regarding email, but of course it's only right that you all know what's happened.
