I undoubtedly prefer Vorbis, but the broadcasters might not have that, so
please send MP3 instead.

You need to log in with the username of submit and the password of frags.
You can upload into the root directory. If you are using IE, use this
link in the run box and save yourself some grief:
ftp://submit:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/
