I asked the same question and found that there is a sound pack that has been made available on tbrn.net. I'm not exactly sure where. We should probably consider them for use in standard AQ as they're quite god, or at least provide them as an option. It would be good if we could make QMOD files out of them too, so that they can be easily installed by end-users; I'll look into which changes will need to be made to the QMOD spec to make this possible; then anyone could make their own sound packs and offer them for others to use...
