Hey Ken, no, you're right, I do get it only in the middle. Will need to
check into that for a future mod / release...
As for centering, you can look in the JQ docs for the impulse to snap to
the nearest compass direction and center your view, but the command itself
to simply center your view is actually
force_centerview

By the way, I've been really delving into Quake again today--now I hold
diown mouse2 to go forward, mouse3 jumps, shift mouse3 is supposed to
center your view but the centerview command isn't working and I can't
figure out why--if I type it directly into the console it works but when I
press the v key which is bound to the same command nothing happens. Any ideas?
