It isn't possible at the moment, but Matthew is working on this very 
problem outside of regular AudioQuake development (some of the work done 
here is pertinent to his research) now.  The code as it stands can't be 
practically used, but it's a hope of the project that at some point you'll 
be able to do exactly what you want - make working map files out of 
formatted input.
