I would like to follow up this request with an update. Thank you very much to those of you who have replied to date; the feedback and your time in providing it is very much appreciated. There is still some time left and it would be great to get more replies as really I need as many as I can get hold of before the deadline :-).
Next week I will be taking some time off but part of this will be spent improving LDL according to the feedback we receive. In the meantime: thanks again and please do keep it coming! This is also a request that you send any finished maps you are proud of (they don't need to be complex) to me (mta at agrip org uk) and let me know if I may put them in future LDL releases. I'm also thinking of setting up a map repository website. Maybe we can resurrect the Wiki to do that...
