Hi Cara and list

Cara, you're right, the cheat was disabled just as the god-one is limited... 
In my opinion, it was limited to prevent players from getting themselves a 
good position in the wall and shooting everyone else without being 
detected... For the god-mode, it's easy enough go guess: that cheats isn't 
fun to play with in dm because if no one gets killed, the game is quiet 
boring indeed. The only way that cheat can be usefull is to practice 
aiming...

   Alex, I believe Overkill doesn't allow that cheat.  I've used the
noclip cheat for testing purposes before, but hadn't tried it on OK.

   Derek London, the Mod's author may still be on this list, but if
not, I can check the source and see, but I'm almost positive this is
the issue.
