Hello

creating a usual audio quake server is very easy. In your id1 folder, located in your quake directory, there's a file called server.cfg. Open this File with your favourite Texteditor and just read the commented lines, these will give you a good overview about, what you can addjust on the behavior of your server. When you did all the changes, save the server.cfg and launch the file zqds.exe, located in your quake directory. A window should pop up, from now on called the server window. Here you can type in various commands such as changing the running map and list, kick or ban connected clients or changing the server rules. For a reference on the server console commands i suggest you: "Google is your friend". But you have to start your client with the nomauth commandline option, otherwise your client trys to connect to your server using username and password, wich unfortunately seems not to work, due to the internal architecture of the original agrip server. What i heard, the agrip people are working on the issue.
