Hi Richard, open terminal and (assuming your downloads folder is the one that the Audio Quake script is in) Execute the following commands
cd downloads ./AudioQuake-0.3.0.3_mac-binary.run.sh if the above fails, execute the following command (you may need to type in your password) chmod +x AudioQuake-0.3.0.3_mac-binary.run.sh and then execute: ./AudioQuake-0.3.0.3_mac-binary.run.sh This should install AQ for you.
