Hey there all: it appears that some people are having trouble downloading from my ftp site, so I've changed things a bit to see if it helps. so here are the new instructions. First it seems that some people may have registry settings that mess with the command line ftp client that ships with windows, so when it doesn't work using a web browser should work.
So, if you can get the command line ftp program to work, do the following:
ftp goreportal.servequake.com
log in with the user name:
ftp
and even though it asks for a password, just hit enter.
Once connected, just type:
cd public-stash
This gets you into the directory where everything is, and there will be the file you want. so from there type:
get slopemod1.qmod
and hit enter and it should work. If it doesn't:
just open your favourite browser and either in the address bar or wherever else you can type this:
ftp:goreportal.servequake.com
You should be presented with an index of the directory tree, there again will only be the one directory called public-stash, to which there will be a link. Follow that link, and you'll find several files there, one of which is the slopemod1.qmod file. Follow that link noting the location of your downloads and it should work. I've testet this on Internet Explorer 7 Internet Explorer 6 as well as the latest Firefox in both linux and windows. Thanks all for the feedback, hope this works, if not, I'll probably have to use something like sendspace or e-mail it to someone who has a more accessible place to distribute it.
Take care all...
Cheereo!
