As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu

Narrated by Aisha (Radhiallaho anha): Whenever the Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam) intended to sleep while he was Junub, he used to wash his private parts and perform ablution like that for the prayer.
