For Matlab-users we have written a Matlab Kriging toolbox called DACE
(Design and Analysis of Computer Experiments). The toolbox was developed
for function optimization, but can equally well be used for traditional
geostatistics. Kriging with a constant mean or a trend can be performed,
and the parameters of the spatial covariance function are estimated by
maximum likelihood. The implementation is based on:
