Hi Gerald, I truly appreciated the time you spent explaining your position and carefully dismantling the pseudo-scientific arguments advanced by JW which sound as a desperate attempt to boost his consulting business and a personal vendetta against members of Ivy league universities. In the same vein, I was personally glad to see his non-sense comment (I wouldn't call that a review) about my book, and other geostat books, be removed from the Amazon website. Professor Dr Gerald van den Boogaart has yet to apply his KWBLUP method to Bre-X data. And this is all I really want to know! Did or didn't each distance-weighted average have its own variance before it metamorphosed into a kriged estimate or kriged estimator? The rest are details!
