Dear Mehari Tekeste, Kriging with a pure nugget model is about the same as predicting everywhere with the mean of the observations, which is probably the best you can do if there is no spatial correlation and no further information. The kriging error i.e. the prediction variance will be (1+1/n)C_0, which is the same as an ordinary prediction variance. Whether or not this is a good prediction depends on your problem and the actual value of C_0.
