More specifically I need to find a that minimizes the quadratic form (ve-v(a))'*Q(a)*(ve-v(a)), where: ve is the vector containing the values of the empirical variogram; v(a) is the vector containing the values of the variogram model vector depending on the parameter a; Q(a) is the inverse of the covariance matrix of v(a).
