It may not be very effective with jaws 13, I am not sure of its availability
with jaws 13 too. Try upgrading if you can.

Which version of jaws you use? Generally, if you encounter any
inaccessible screen then press Jaws key+Space followed by o and w. it
will perform an OCR on the currently focused window and then you can
click any particular element in that window by taking root pc to jaws.
This feature isn't dependent on internet however, provided that the
OCR compone nt is properly installed in your machine.
