I have also not seen any accessibility measure taken in these elections of
municipality and panchayate. This is not yet mandatory. Moreover, these are
under the jurisdiction of the state governments. They are not likely to
incur additional expenses for us.

explored the EVM(electronic voting machine) and did not find any Braille
markings. Were they supposed to be there?
