Hi Seems to be more a Jaws problem, You can raise a ticket with FS. What you can do, is to pick up a restore point from a date when the system was stable. Dear All, I am using JAWS 18 original on a Dell 13 Inspiron 5378 laptop with Windows 10 original. The computer works perfectly well with NVDA, but is very frequently a little slow with JAWS. Not that I get a delayed response from the keyboard or anything, but it feels somewhat like being on power saver mode whenever the problem does surface. I have reinstalled JAWS but with no luck. What may be happening? Can anyone please help?
