Hi If there is a short cut which is defined by screenreader, and the same key combination is used by an application, when you press that combination, ordinarily, the key command will be handled by the screen reader and not the application. However, if your requirement is that combination be handled by the application and not the screen reader, the pass through key will not be handled by the screen reader immediately after the pass through key and be acted by the application instead.
All screen reader has this pass through key combination. This pass-through key has to be done each time.
