Sorry, but Linux Gloria is not supported here. This is covering Ubuntu
only.
As far as I know, Gloria is the name for Linux Mint release 7 (from the
year 2009). So I recommend that you try the mint forums
http://forums.linuxmint.com/ but I would not be too optimistic that you
find any support for an old and outdated OS version like Gloria, see
also http://www.linuxmint.com/oldreleases.php
I assume that the only reasonable solution for your problem is
installing a current version of the operating system.
