1. I do not see any problem with update-apt-xapian-index in your output.
Can you please provide some details about your problem?
2. You do not have the trust-security and/or trusty-updates repositories
activated. You have to be aware that you are not getting any updates,
not even bug fixes for critical vulnerabilities (like heartbleed,
shellshock, ...).
