Rom Quidam confirmed that the question is solved:
J'ai fait ce que m'a suggéré Manfred Hampl (m-hampl)
La commande 'sudo apt update' se terminait par un échec (fichiers
inaccessible). Lorsque j'ai lancé la commande 'sudo apt full-upgrade',
comme utilisateur root, l'application a fait une ré-initialisation
global. Et ensuite j'ai pu intaller la mise à jour Chrome avec Ubuntu
Software.
