I do not know why, but the output is incomplete. Important parts are
missing.
Among others I do not see the output of
rfkill list
sudo iwlist scan | grep -Ei 'chan|ssid'
cat /etc/network/interfaces
cat /etc/lsb-release
uname -a
Without that information it is not possible to help.
