In this question, my first reaction was "Aiki is not responsible for Open-Clipart" but later i agree with chovynz: Aiki is responsible for all content uploaded using it.
We must establish a filter mechanism for all uploaded files. In this case, for example only vip user, and the owner of file must see it. In few days, i will send some ideas. roger-
