Title:
  global variables should include [usergroup]

Status in Aiki Framework:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  In addition to [username] and [userid] we also could use variables for
  the the usergroup.

  The aiki_users_groups table has fields for name, group_permissions and
  group_level.

  It would make the most sense to have

  [usergroup] OR [userlevel] == group_level // (e.g. '5')

  and

  [permissions] ==  group_permissions // (e.g. 'user')
