Javascript (jQuery) assets missing from version 0.8.24.958

Bug description:
Once you log into 0.8.24.958, the JS console on Safari reports the
following assets are missing: jquery-1.4.3.min.js, jquery.form.js. In
fact, the assets/javascript folder only has aiki.js in it. The 0.7.7
distribution has many more files in it.
