Why if we have new installer we use old one? > Because before Bassel last changes in install process a web or runtime installer didn't work. New installer is based in Bassel and Steven work with a graphic layer added. And now translations and ezSQL.
And the other thing is that, it shouldn't be in apps folder because > this folder should have only files that work, when Aiki is installed.
