need to translate aiki core installer and more with standard gettext

Bug description:
Right now, aiki has the capability to do translations from within aiki
framework. But, before aiki is installed on a db, there needs to be
the standard gettext system used to translate so people from different
backgrounds and who use different languages can install the software.
This should just be connected with the launchpad language translation
system through the bzr tree.
