if you use no_results and insert a class into the class field, then
when no results, your class not added to html element

Bug description:
Seems like if auto outputting of a class when there are results from a
sql query in a widget, then should also output the same class wrapper
around the html element if there are no results, and if anything no-
results should be added as a class as well!
ran into this problem with sidebars all the time
