[OCAL] 'Top 10 download' need a link

Bug description:
The main page have 'Top 10 download' section. there are two suggestion from me
about that section:
1. Maybe plural form i.e. 'downloads' will be more right?
2. Second and major bug - section calls 'top 10', but we could see only 6 due
to template design. And there are no link to show last 4 cliparts from 'top
10'. The link as in 'New' section will be great.
