Bug description:
I suggest we use the text: "Unless otherwise noted, content on this
site is under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license."
There should be a link to http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-
sa/3.0/ around the "Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license"
SA will provide compatibility with free culture sites, wikipedia, etc,
and also allow for some protections against big interests.
I think we should add this text to the footer of the site in a
tasteful way ASAP. CC has a good example: http://creativecommons.org/
The otherwise noted part is the license for the fonts.
