If you note the changes I made specifically to 'aiki.php', you will see that indeed I did NOT change the MINOR part of the version and only the FIX number. In other words, someone had already set the version to 0.9. I did NOT. On 2011-05-26 at 15:54:10 in revision 755 Jon Phillips changed the aiki version from 0.7.7 to 0.9-dev. ;-)
