Public bug reported: If you see the latest comments page, you'll notice the same exact comment is getting to the database.
This could be a problem with how the comments are being handled with aiki, or it coud be an aiki issue not checking the previous post for rate limiting, or a bug. http://www.openclipart.org/list/comments It needs to be fixed.
