forms will output divs for input fields even with no content

Bug description:
Aiki forms include a div for each field in a database such as:
<div class='userid'></div><div
class='username'><h2>Username</h2><input type="text" name="username"
dir="" value=""></div>
However, as you can see, the <div> is output even if the field has no
content.
If there is no value or no input for that field, then the <div> should
not be output either.
