This is for the new and not documented language support in aiki
introduce in rev 891.
term filed in aiki_dictionaries table is Primary Key and those you can't
translate the same string to other language (one row is for translation
one term to one destination language) Primary Key must be removed.
for working aiki sites that use this it can be fix by running this SQL query:
ALTER TABLE aiki_dictionaries DROP PRIMARY KEY;
