Ok, we have a regression here. Right now, we have the AUTHORS file and
the configs/defs.inc
One idea is to just remove the AUTHORS file and put the authors
defirectly into a configs.php file.
Right now they are here in configs/defs.inc

define("AIKI_AUTHORS", '@AUTHORS@');

Soooo, which shall it be? I think simplest is to just move the authors
to a defs.php and remove the file. We already blew away the conventions,
so should just proceed.
