THis needs to be added as an upgrade so that old databases are updated
and when creating this table for first time needs to be updated to.
Please fix aiki :)

aiki_dictionaries table need to be fixed

Bug description:
term and translation fields in aiki_dictionaries need to be set to
text becasue varchar(120) is too small. if field is set to text then
it can't be set as index so multi key index need to be removed, and
use id instead.
