You have been subscribed to a public bug by Jan Groenewald (jan-aims): I get a very reliable kernel panic when unplugging the USB sound adapter of Logitech G330 USB headphones/headset. I have not managed to get my hand on the actual trace as it shows up in none of the logs.
But I did grab a pics of the panic screen. when connected to USB3 port: http://i.imgur.com/lruYC.jpeg when connected to USB2 port: http://i.imgur.com/naWv9.jpeg To reproduce, just unplug the headset and it will panic immediately every time.
