Import the OGCE GFac as Airavata Application Wrapper Toolkit and update the
package name, license headers. Once fully developed, the toolkit allows to wrap
any command line application as a Axis2 web service. The resulting web service
will be capable of managing jobs on data movement on local, grid and cloud
resources.
