Hi Suresh, I think you can simply file a JIRA issue at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA.
Ross should have JIRA karma as the Champion for the project. I don't see to have it in JIRA when I look in my administration tab, else I'd enable it for you myself.
