I suggest the following procedure: create (with Suresh) some Jira
tickets, fix them, and upload svn patches to the tickets.  Create
patches with svn diff > mypatch.diff.  With sufficient patches, we will
start the process for adding you to the project.

Although this will be a slam dunk, we should establish and follow a
procedure in anticipation of other would-be new members.
