Removing the requirement of having Axis2 Jars before the build

Current build system to work out of the box, users need to have axis2 dependent
jars in messenger/axis2_dependencies directory. I think this is not something
an end user would expect.
So I prefer removing this step to be performed from the user and hand it to the
build system, so that users can simply run mvn clean install and ws-messenger
should build out of the box.
