Hi Lahiru, IIRC there used to be a way to download things from the repo through the script, but not using is as a dependency. It's ugly, but we can use it if it's there in the lastest maven. May be we should ask this issue in the Axis2 lists to see how others work around.
Also this is nothing urgent. We can fix it leisurely, as long as we are aware of the issue.
